Beyond traditional dining, Chef Hissa’s ventures under Ajwan Hospitality Group include Le Royal Catering, offering large-scale catering services for up to 100 people; Heavenly Café, known for its delicate pastries and specialty coffee; Cannelle, a fusion of coffee, chocolate, and floral artistry; and Mama’s Cuisine, which provides an international fine dining experience in an elegant setting.
